So the expectations of women in family business has changed in so much as, more so in my generation, there is an acceptance of different ways of thinking and different way of approaching problems, and often different ways of behaving too. I think in our family business, my sister and I tend to be a lot more inclusive and collegiate, in our decisions and discussions, whereas my brothers and my father tend to work more as individuals and make decisions perhaps not as collegiately and not as collectively. So there’s a different way of working, my sister and I have probably learned, well we have, we’ve learned to work within that sort of framework and equally, my brothers and father learned to work with us.
